Priority Topics
Priority Topics analysis is the process through which we integrate both our own perspective and that of our stakeholders to identify and prioritize the most relevant ESG issues for the business.
This vision has evolved and progressed over the years, increasingly strengthening the integration of sustainability into our business strategy.
Between 2021 and 2022, we carried out a process to identify our priority issues at the country level. This will allow us to have an ESG agenda with a local focus, aimed at managing the needs and environmental, social, and corporate governance impacts that the business units face in each market and community where we operate.
Through the priority topics exercise and other moments of interaction, we strive to ensure that all people with a connection to the organization—whether employees, suppliers, customers, neighboring communities, or beneficiaries of our programs—are committed as agents of positive impact. Together, we aim to rise to the challenge of building a better future in this new reality we are experiencing.
