The Ethics and Compliance System encourages anyone to report any deviation from the Code of Ethics, even anonymously, through the Transparency Mailbox, which has been systematized and outsourced for greater transparency. If you are aware of a violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct Policies, please provide as much information and detail as possible to ensure proper follow-up. All comments received through this "Transparency Mailbox" will be analyzed confidentially.

Arca Continental has implemented an Ethics and Compliance System as part of its organizational culture and strategy. This system is directly based on one of the company's core values, "Integrity Rooted in Respect and Justice," and is reflected in the Cultural Principles of "Transparency," "Results-Oriented Approach," and "People-Centric Focus."Based on this value and these principles, the system ensures the ability to freely report unethical behavior, the obligation to preserve confidentiality and anonymity of the complainant, and the prohibition of any retaliatory measures.
This system applies to all Arca Continental territories and businesses and includes elements such as the Code of Ethics and Conduct Policies, its Management Manual, specific policies in line with the Code, reporting channels and procedures, a system of sanctions and incentives, organizational structure, communication and training strategy, risk assessment and monitoring processes, and reporting mechanisms.
Our Code of Ethics and Conduct Policies is applicable to and well known by our employees and Board of Directors, as well as third parties associated with the company, such as clients, suppliers, and other community stakeholders. This document establishes the company's fundamental principle of complying with applicable laws and regulations in all countries where we operate and setting stricter behavioral standards in some areas. Key objectives covered include respect for internationally recognized human rights, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering controls, non-discrimination, conflict of interest management, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, fair competition, and ethical business practices. In the case of respect for Human Rights, there is also an additional and specific instrument for our suppliers, such as the Guiding Principles for Suppliers of The Coca-Cola Company. This text and the Code of Ethics and Conduct Policies of Arca Continental are signed by every supplier registered on our portal.
